OSHA Form 300A

If your site requires the OSHA Form 300A (Injury Summary) it must be posted starting February 1st through April 30th. The OSHA Form 300A needs to be signed by the plant manager or site leadership. The OSHA Form 300A also needs to be submitted in OSHA Injury Tracking Application by March 2nd (electronically).
